2. Can I have a dividend paid direct to my bank account?
Yes. Many shareholders prefer to do this as it avoids possible delays or loss of cheques. You may do this on-line through the Capita Registrars website if you are a registered user. Alternatively, you can do this by post, either by downloading a dividend mandate form here or by contacting Capita Registrars. When you have completed the form, please return to Capita Registrars. You will continue to receive your tax voucher by post at your registered address.

3. Do you offer a dividend reinvestment plan in place of taking my dividends as cash?
Yes a facility is provided by Capita IRG Trustees Ltd in conjunction with Capita Registrars. Under this facility, cash dividends are used to purchase additional shares.

4. What should I do if I do not receive my dividend warrant or require back dated tax vouchers for my tax returns?
Please contact Capita Registrars in writing. The registrars will arrange for a replacement warrant to be sent to you. Please note that there is an administrative charge for issuing replacements. You may prefer to have your dividend paid directly into your bank account (see question 2 above). There is also a charge for issuing duplicate tax vouchers.

5. How can I transfer shares to another member of my family?
You can do this by post, either by downloading a stock transfer form here or by contacting Capita Registrars. When you have completed the form, return it to Capita Registrars together with your share certificate. There is no charge for this service.

6. How can I replace a missing share certificate?
Please contact Capita Registrars explaining that you have mislaid your certificate. They will send you a letter of indemnity to sign and return to enable them to issue a replacement. There will be a charge for this service.

Yes. If you would like to have two accounts amalgamated, please write to Capita Registrars giving details of the accounts concerned. There is no charge for this service.

You must notify Capita Registrars of the change in writing or via the internet once you have registered. If you have changed your name, you should quote your old and new names and enclose a copy of the relevant document, eg. your marriage certificate. Please make sure that your notification is signed by all joint shareholders where applicable.
