Close Brothers Group plc announced today the Mr John Llewellyn-Lloyd will be leaving the Board of Close Brothers Group plc and the Group on 31st December 2001.

His place as Chief Executive of Close Brothers Corporate Finance Ltd will be taken by Mr Richard Grainger, who has been with Close Brothers since 1996 and prior to that with Hill Samuel corporate finance division since 1987.
