    A meeting of the board will be held on Monday 25th September, 2006 for the purpose of considering the final results for the year ended 31st July, 2006 and to recommend a final dividend on the ordinary shares. The preliminary results of Close Brothers Group plc for the year ended 31st July, 2006 will be announced shortly thereafter.
