    A meeting of the board will be held on Monday 24 September, 2007 for the purpose of considering the final results for the year ended 31 July, 2007 and to recommend a final dividend on the ordinary shares.

     

    The preliminary results of Close Brothers Group plc for the year ended 31 July, 2007 will be announced shortly thereafter.
